Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm Saturday 8.30am to 1.30pm (with the option to work 8.30am to 5.30pm every other Saturday if preferred). Working flexibly as required based on business requirements. |
| Salary: | 27k – 30k pa depending on experience & MOT status |
We’re looking for a Motor Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join the SMaRT Garage Services team.
The Motor Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester will report directly to the Garage Manager and be responsible for the service, repair and MOT of customers’ vehicles. They will be experienced and competent with a wide range of work from servicing to clutches and timing belts. Their main focus will be the day to day work of the commercial side of the garage, but they will also work closely with the Technical Trainer to identify and facilitate opportunities for the workforce to get involved with suitable garage jobs as they work towards achieving our in-house qualification.
